FAQ

1) When and how do I pay you?
- I prefer to be paid at the time of your session.  I accept cash or checks made out to "Cambria Hauck," Thanks!

2) How do I pick a location?
- You can look at previous locations I have shot on my facebook or homepage.  Or, I can pick one of my favorite spots for you! I will try my best to find a location that matches what you have in mind for your session - but I'm no magician - I can't find you a field of poppies mid-winter!

3) What if I need to reschedule?
- I understand that life happens and things come up but try to give me as much notice as possible.  You can reschedule once free of charge.

4) How far are you willing to travel?
- I can travel anywhere!  I do charge traveling fees, and please give me a few days notice if you plan on me traveling somewhere.

5) What should I wear?
- This is the number one question I get asked.  Don't try to go out of your personal style.  Don't have everyone wearing the exact same shade of color.  Try to stay away from white (unless you're a bride). Stay away from clothing with words, busy designs and large logos.  Mainly, just dress like you normally would - and you'll look great. I like to capture everyone's personality and life just the way they really are!

6) Can I bring someone who will not be in my pictures with me?
- You sure can! If you feel like you need reinforcements - but please try to bring only one person.

7) How long will we actually be shooting?
- It depends - but usually around 1 hour.

8) What time will we start?
- I prefer start shooting about an hour or two before the sun goes down.

9) How long will it take to get my pictures back?
- I try to get them back to you within two weeks - if it's any longer I will let you know.

10) How do I get my pictures?

Your pictures will available for download on an online gallery through PASS. I will give you more details at the time of your shoot!

11) How do you choose which pictures to edit?
- I choose my favorite images to edit. But I like to give you a variety to choose from.

13) What if I want to see all of the pictures you took? Can I get the unedited images?
- Sorry,  I don't show my digital negatives to anyone.  You will only receive the edited images I choose.

14) What if I don't like how my pictures are edited?  Will you re-edit them?
-No.  Definitely not.  Before you hire me, check out my work.  If you don't like the way I edit my pictures, don't hire me :)  I edit all my pictures in the same style, so my work is a pretty good example of what you'll receive.

16) I saw a picture you took of another client and I want the exact shot - can you do that?
- I will most certainly try!  I can't promise anything, though.

17) I'm in a rush to get my pictures back - can I get them sooner?
- I do offer quick edit options.  Let me know you want this in your email and I can tell you the cost.
